NAMB Provides Training For DBC Church Leaders On The Value Of Residencies

The North American Mission Board (NAMB) partnered with the DBC to host a training workshop for Dakota church leaders. The workshop provided training on how to develop residencies that will help to raise up church planters and leaders to serve across the Dakotas.

A residency is an intentional personalized strategy to equip potential church planters or other church leaders with the training, encouragement, and tools to prepare them to follow God’s call. The training was led by NAMB missionaries, Ryan Johnson and Gus Hernandez. The workshop was coordinated by the DBC’s Send Network Dakotas Director, Buck Hill.
