This training will provide an introduction to key transformational skills and principles, while also serving as the first step for those who choose to enroll in the BMI Leadership Coaching Certification program. We integrate the Biblical principles found in Experiencing God and Spiritual Leadership with key coaching skills to help you become more effective in guiding the people you serve to connect with God’s work in their lives.

The daily start and end times for the Spring in-person workshop are as follows:

   Thursday – 1pm – 6pm (Dinner on your own)

   Friday – 8:30am – 5:00pm and 6:30pm-8:00pm (Group Coaching Session) (Meals on your own)

   Saturday – 8:30am – 11:30am
