We are excited that you will be attending the Oasis Retreat at the beautiful Spearfish Canyon Lodge, 10619 Roughlock Falls Rd, Lead, SD 57754.. This retreat is designed to give you space for rest, renewal, and quality time with your spouse. Please note that children’s activities or childcare will not be provided at this event.

Thursday, March 26
- 4:00 PM — Registration
- 6:00 PM — Dinner
- 7:00 PM — Session 1
Friday, March 27
- 8:30 AM — Breakfast
- 10:00 AM — Round Table Discussion
- 11:00 AM — Session 2
- 12:00 PM — Lunch
- Evening — Enjoy dinner on your own using the provided gift card
Saturday, March 28
- 8:30 AM — Breakfast

- 11:00 AM — Conclusion of Retreat
Featured Speaker — Keith Evans
After pastoring for 30 years in Oregon, Keith and Beverly Evans now serve pastors and their spouses throughout the Western United States. Keith is a Pastor Ambassador for the North American Mission Board, focusing on pastoral care across eight Western states.
They are also part of Resonate Church, a ministry planting churches on university campuses—currently on 15 campuses—where they mentor the pastors and wives serving those communities.
What We Ask of You
- This is a Grace Zone — come as you are and be yourself.
- Please attend each session. There are only three, and we believe they will be encouraging and meaningful.
- Focus on your spouse. If possible, arrange for pulpit supply on Sunday so you don’t have to prepare a sermon during the retreat.
Our Prayer for You
We pray this retreat will be a time of rest, renewal, and reconnection. Sessions are intentionally limited so you can enjoy unhurried time together. NAMB and DBC want this to be a true treat—refreshing, uplifting, and life‑giving.
